Baptist Health Floyd is hiring a part-time Charge Nurse for Women’s Health Services on day shifts (7a–7p) in New Albany, Indiana. This is an entry-level leadership nursing role focused on shift-level coordination of care within a 19-bed women’s health unit that supports postpartum couplet care as well as select post-operative gynecologic and bariatric patients. The position is benefit-eligible and includes a sign-on bonus for experienced external candidates.
