Charge Nurse

The Charge Nurse provides transformational shift leadership and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across the unit. This role coordinates patient flow, manages staffing assignments, and serves as a key liaison between the care team, physicians, and leadership. The position involves supporting staff development, maintaining regulatory compliance, and assuming administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
