Charge-Up Operator

The Charge-Up Operator plays a critical role in the underground development team at Ernest Henry Operations, safely charging development headings and supporting underground mining activities. This position involves operating charge-up equipment, handling explosives, and performing related tasks such as bogging while maintaining high safety and operational standards. The role reports to the Supervisor - Development and contributes to a strong, safety-first team culture.
