This full-time permanent position involves coordinating the daily operations of the Water Treatment Facility section and participating in its activities to deliver division services. The role requires ensuring service alignment with the City's vision, performing laboratory tests for quality control, and managing public relations issues. The incumbent will also lead employee development, coordinate staffing, and act as chief engineer in the absence of the Chief Operator.
