Chargemaster Analyst

The Chargemaster Analyst maintains the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the organization's Charge Description Master (CDM). This role partners with clinical, finance, coding, billing, compliance, and IT teams to ensure charge capture, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements are accurately reflected within charging systems. The position supports revenue integrity efforts through chargemaster maintenance, data analysis, reimbursement optimization, and identification of revenue leakage and compliance risks.
