Charter Coordinator

Flexjet is seeking a Charter Coordinator to join the Operations department, working closely with the Scheduling Department and outside suppliers to ensure all Owner trips are covered. The role involves requesting charter quotes, negotiating pricing, and ensuring trips meet owner expectations and company safety standards. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
