Chartered Trade Mark Attorney

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney to join its Brands, Trade Marks & Designs team in London or Bristol. The role involves advising on brand clearance, protection strategies, trade mark prosecution, portfolio management and handling contentious matters for high‑profile clients across UK, EU and international jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and the wider IP practice, delivering commercially focused advice and gaining significant client exposure.
