About this role

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn by building the software stack that verifies avionics equipment before it leaves the ground. The engineer will write Linux instrument drivers, architect hardware-in-the-loop test frameworks, and build operator-facing tools for the test floor. The position serves as the last line of defense by owning the automated result-checking infrastructure that determines pass/fail for flight-critical hardware.

Responsibilities

Design and implement production-quality instrument software drivers for test instruments
Architect and extend automated test execution frameworks
Implement check logic, pass/fail criteria, limit management, and structured report generation
