Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine directs the operation of the outlet or restaurant kitchen at InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef, ensuring food preparation, quality, and inventory functions meet hotel standards and revenue goals. This role involves managing day-to-day kitchen activities, planning and assigning work, and establishing performance and development goals for team members. The position is based on Hayman Island in the Whitsundays, offering an island lifestyle with unique dining experiences.
