Chef de Partie

A passionate and reliable Chef de Partie is sought to join the kitchen team at Ibis London Excel, working closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality food across the hotel restaurant and breakfast service. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards. The successful candidate will assist with various meal services and special events, ensuring efficient operations and minimal food waste.
