The Chef de Partie contributes to coordinating the team in preparing dishes for various menus, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations, and overseeing mise en place for smooth operations. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Chef to produce special menus, manage stock, and handle specific guest requests while maintaining high-quality standards. The position is part of the new Mozza Italian restaurant launch at the Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte de Monaco.
