Position within Chanel’s Human Resources for the Fashion Division focused on organisation design and development. The role partners with HR business partners and managers to shape organisational structures, roles and governance and to translate corporate methodologies into the Division’s context. Based in Paris with occasional travel, it supports the Division’s transformation and capability-building efforts.
