A well-rounded and seasoned Chef Tournant will join Pier Sixty-Six Resort to drive culinary excellence and manage daily kitchen operations across multiple dining venues. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, developing seasonal menus, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining financial goals through effective cost control. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the individual will provide leadership coverage, oversee food preparation areas, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
