GROW (Graduate Rotational Opportunities) is a 3–5 year leadership development program for newly graduated chemical engineering students within Westlake’s Performance and Essential Materials business segment. Participants rotate through multiple engineering and business-focused roles across US plant locations, receive mentorship, leadership and technical training, and gain on-the-job experience to prepare for full-time engineering roles. The program emphasizes career development, cross-functional exposure, and readiness for positions such as Process, Production, Maintenance, Reliability, or Project Engineer.
