Chemical Operator

The Chemical Operator is responsible for safely preparing, weighing, charging, mixing, and processing raw materials in a chemical manufacturing environment to meet production targets. This role ensures batches are mixed to specification, equipment is operated safely, and documentation is accurate while adhering to strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. The position requires close collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
