Chief Accounting Officer

Blue Owl is seeking a strategic Chief Accounting Officer to lead the accounting and financial reporting function for its Real Estate Investment Trust. The role oversees month‑end close, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, audit and tax coordination, and drives the development of a high‑performing accounting team. It partners with executive leadership and the Board to ensure accurate reporting, robust internal controls, and support for strategic transactions.
