Chief Accounting Officer

The Chief Accounting Officer serves as the senior accounting executive responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Company's financial reporting, accounting operations, and control environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role provides leadership for SEC reporting, technical accounting, financial close, and compliance activities while ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. The position acts as the designated principal accounting officer for SEC reporting and the senior-most technical accounting authority, partnering with executive leadership and the Audit Committee to support strategic growth objectives.
