Chief Administrative Officer

Springs Rescue Mission is seeking an experienced, Christ-centered Chief Administrative Officer to provide strategic leadership, strengthen organizational operations, and advance its mission of transforming lives through the love of Christ. This on-site role serves as the administrative integrator and senior advisor to the President and CEO, overseeing financial, people, facilities, property, technology, compliance, and administrative systems. The leader will build capable teams, ensure financial integrity, and steward donor trust while fostering a faith-rooted culture.
