Chief Behavioral Health & Quality Officer

The Leader of Quality & Behavioral Health is a senior strategic role at Presbyterian Health Plan responsible for overseeing behavioral health initiatives affecting children in state custody and for guiding risk adjustment and quality performance across Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial products. The position serves as the health plan’s external representative with state agencies, providers, and community partners and supports development of integrated behavioral health and crisis-continuum models. It operates within a statewide, not‑for‑profit healthcare system focused on population health and health equity.
