Chief Building Engineer

The Chief Building Engineer oversees the day-to-day operations and physical facilities of the Freedom Center, including all building infrastructure and direct supervision of maintenance staff. This role involves managing preventative maintenance plans, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and security systems. The position requires leading a team of maintenance and custodial employees while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards.
