Chief Compliance Officer

The Chief Compliance Officer will own and drive the compliance framework for INFINIT's regulated payment institution in Luxembourg, serving as the primary contact with the CSSF and guardian of regulatory integrity. Reporting directly to the CEO with independent access to the Board of Directors, this role ensures full compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulatory requirements while overseeing AML/CFT operations and building a robust compliance function. The position involves translating regulatory developments into operational implementation and managing supervisory interactions as the company scales its payment operations across Europe.
