Chief Concierge

The Chief Concierge supports all aspects of concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards, maintaining a service philosophy that guides staff and ensures a unique, memorable, and personal stay for all guests. The role involves coordinating daily operations, developing goals to drive guest satisfaction and financial results, and establishing relationships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences. The position also requires managing guest requests, handling check-in/check-out services, and ensuring VIP and repeat guests receive appropriate service. The Chief Concierge fosters a collaborative team environment, provides coaching and feedback, and ensures adherence to hotel policies and standards to achieve total guest satisfaction.
