The Chief Counsel, IP, Trust & Cyber serves as Moody’s enterprise-level legal leader across intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance. This senior executive role supports the firm’s strategic sourcing function and leads a global team of specialists to protect the company’s IP and data assets while advancing responsible AI deployment. The position reports to the Chief Legal Officer and partners closely with business-aligned legal leaders to shape product strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
