Chief Credit Officer

The Chief Credit Officer provides strategic leadership and oversight of the bank's credit risk management framework, establishing credit policies and underwriting standards to support safe lending activities. This executive role partners with lending, finance, and compliance teams to maintain asset quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitable portfolio growth. The position also oversees credit administration, loan review, CECL methodology, and overall credit risk governance.
