Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise data strategy aligned with board-approved technology plans
Establish data governance frameworks including quality standards and lineage
Lead the AI Center of Excellence to drive business adoption and responsible AI practices
Oversee data architecture, engineering, and integration across all enterprise platforms
Present data and AI strategy, risk posture, and compliance status to the Board of Directors
