Chief Development & Marketing Officer

The Chief Development & Marketing Officer provides executive leadership for the organization's integrated fundraising, marketing, communications, brand management, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement strategies. This role is responsible for expanding philanthropic revenue, elevating national visibility, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and advancing organizational growth in support of military families. The position involves leading a high-performing team, developing strategic growth plans, and serving as a key advisor to the President & CEO and National Board of Directors.
