Chief Development Officer

The Chief Development Officer will lead Sesame Workshop’s philanthropic strategy, building and scaling a major gifts program, enhancing donor and board engagement, and developing new revenue streams. Reporting to the CEO, this role works cross‑functionally across finance, strategy, marketing, corporate partnerships, and impact programs to shape the narrative and secure sustainable funding for the organization’s mission.
