About this role
The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related building systems for a commercial property in Scottsdale, AZ. This role manages maintenance staff and ensures the physical condition of the asset meets high standards of tenant and client satisfaction. The position includes regular inspections, budgeting support, and coordination with other departments and project managers. The Chief Engineer also ensures the property operates in full compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.
