Chief Engineer

This role leads all engineering, maintenance, and building systems efforts for a new hotel opening, supporting final construction phases and establishing long-term maintenance operations. The Chief Engineer partners with ownership, contractors, and brand representatives to ensure the property meets brand standards and transitions seamlessly into daily operations. The position requires a hands-on leader with technical expertise in new hotel construction, pre-opening activities, and ongoing engineering management.
