Chief Engineer

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Chief Engineer to serve as the single point of accountability for the technical integrity, airworthiness, safety, and system design of a complete missile weapon system. This role involves leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, balancing complex system-level technical trades against cost, schedule, and operational risk, and serving as the primary technical advisor to the Program Manager. The position requires overseeing all aspects of missile development, from initial concept through design reviews, flight testing, and production.
