About this role
The Chief Facilities Officer provides strategic leadership for facilities and engineering across the Medical University of South Carolina enterprise, including oversight of campus operations, plant and energy, biomedical engineering, grounds, and planning/construction for university and health system buildings. The role manages an 80-acre, 8+ million square foot Charleston campus and is responsible for financial stewardship and delivery of capital projects on time and within budget. The position reports to both the EVP, Finance & Operations and the System COO for MUSC Health and oversees over 400 FTEs and contract personnel.
