Chief Estimator

CapWest is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead and manage the estimating function across all company entities, including Forming, Pumping, Framing, and Civil divisions. This role owns the bid process from initial opportunity through final submission, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance while maintaining project budgets and building relationships across the ICI and Infrastructure market sectors. The position involves collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize pursuits, streamline processes, and mentor estimating staff.
