Open Thinking Partnership is seeking an inspirational and ambitious Chief Executive Officer to lead the Trust through its next stage of development, making a positive and long-lasting difference to the lives of the children and young people they serve. The role requires a leader who inspires, motivates, and influences employees, pupils, and stakeholders while putting children and young people at the heart of everything they do. The CEO will support children and young people to have a voice, work in partnership with families and carers, and enable staff to succeed. They will influence the regional and national SEND community, sharing best practice and strengthening the ability to deliver outstanding provision.
