Chief Executive Officer

Girls Leadership is seeking a visionary and inclusive Chief Executive Officer to lead its $2 million national nonprofit into its next chapter of growth and impact. The CEO will serve as the organization's chief external ambassador, drive fundraising and revenue expansion, and provide strategic leadership to a fully remote team dedicated to empowering girls and gender-expansive youth. This role involves partnering with the Board of Directors to establish long-term strategy, ensure financial sustainability, and deepen the organization's reach with educators and youth-serving organizations.
