About this role

The Chief Financial Officer at ALOM is a key executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy across its U.S. and international operations. The role partners closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive profitable growth, optimize capital allocation, and maintain disciplined financial management in a complex manufacturing and fulfillment environment. The CFO oversees all core finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax, while serving as the primary liaison to banking and other external financial stakeholders. This position is based primarily at ALOM’s Fremont, CA headquarters with regular onsite presence and some travel between facilities and partner locations.
