Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer serves as the District's senior financial executive, reporting directly to the CEO to ensure financial integrity, fiscal health, and regulatory compliance. This role leads the Finance Department, develops long-term financial strategies, and advises executive leadership and the Board of Directors on financial risk and performance. The position oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and reporting, while fostering a high-performance culture within the department.
