About this role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key executive leader in a rapidly growing AI-focused organization, overseeing all aspects of financial strategy, operations, and capital planning. This role partners closely with the Co-CEOs, Board, and external stakeholders to position the company for sustained growth and long-term value creation. The CFO will be instrumental in large-scale capital raises, particularly for infrastructure development, and in preparing the company for potential public market entry. The position is based onsite in Beltsville, Maryland, with relocation support available for non-local candidates.
