About this role

The Chief Financial Officer serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership for the organization's financial health, long-term sustainability, and enterprise-wide financial operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO leads all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, and compliance for both the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless and its affiliated housing organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align financial resources with organizational priorities, strengthen operational excellence, and advance the mission to end homelessness.

Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, and organizational sustainability initiatives
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting across MCCH and Coalition Homes
Provide executive financial oversight for affordable housing operations and real estate assets
