Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer serves as a senior leadership team member and the chief financial voice of the Horizon Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church, overseeing financial integrity, transparency, and accountability. This role combines strategic executive work with disciplinary duties as Conference Treasurer, managing a significant operating budget, benefit programs, and statistical reporting. The position requires leading the Stewardship Team, ensuring audit readiness, and fostering financial literacy across the conference's churches and ministries.
