Chief Human Resources Officer

The Chief Human Resources Officer reports directly to the CEO and partners with senior leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture at McKim & Creed. This role is responsible for championing the company's employee-owned culture, building HR processes aligned with core values, and executing strategies to recruit, engage, develop, and retain top talent. The position oversees key initiatives including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and offboarding.
