Housing Forward
The Chief Impact Officer is a senior executive leader responsible for measuring, accelerating, and amplifying the organization's success in ending homelessness through housing solutions. This role advances organizational excellence through strategic partnerships, operational alignment, performance management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous quality improvement. The position oversees organizational performance systems, data analytics, government reporting, and system-change efforts to strengthen coordination with healthcare, behavioral health, and other community-based systems.
Housing Forward is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ending homelessness in west suburban Cook County. Our mission is to transition individuals and families from housing crisis to housing stability.
