The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) leads HOPCo's cybersecurity and data protection strategy, ensuring systems, networks, and data are secured to protect member health information and other sensitive assets. This executive role oversees compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR, manages security standards, policies, and third‑party relationships, and prepares the organization for incidents like ransomware attacks and natural disasters.
