Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Return is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to own the security and compliance framework for its industrial-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. This role involves establishing security standards, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple European countries, and leading certification programs for IT and OT environments. The position requires hands-on leadership in a critical infrastructure setting, with direct access to the management board and reporting to the CTO.
