About this role

The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) is a member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for the strategic direction, growth, profitability, risk management, and operational effectiveness of all lending functions at Credit Union of Colorado. The role oversees consumer, indirect, mortgage, home equity, business lending, collections, and lending operations, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and member experience objectives.
