About this role

A contractor role supporting the NATO Joint Warfare Centre to represent an Affected Nation within large-scale training exercises. The position contributes to realistic 360-degree scenario settings by providing expert national military perspective, doctrine awareness, and continuity of messaging. Personnel will support EXCON-led exercise delivery and may be assigned to short event-based deployments to Stavanger, Norway. The role requires prior senior-level operational or strategic headquarters experience and validated security clearance.
