About this role

As the Chief of Staff to the CTO at Kyriba, you will serve as a strategic thought partner and execution leader shaping the engineering organization's growth and trajectory. You will drive cross-organizational initiatives, manage the Engineering Leadership Team, and support the CTO in strategic resource allocation and decision-making. This role requires transitioning from execution to high-level strategy to build competitive advantages for the company's cloud treasury and finance solutions.

Responsibilities

Shape strategy and operations of the engineering organization at a critical growth inflection point
Serve as daily thought partner to the CTO on complex strategic decisions and trade-offs
Manage the Engineering Leadership Team to ensure effective decision-making and execution
Lead annual engineering budget planning and optimize cost structure while maintaining effectiveness
Coordinate response to major customer escalations and resolve high-priority engineering issues
