Chief of Staff to COO

The Chief of Staff to the COO at Iterative Health will act as a strategic partner and integrator for the COO, supporting company-wide clinical trial operations across the US and ex-US. This high-visibility role drives strategic initiatives, improves organizational effectiveness, and enables executive decision-making while preparing the candidate for accelerated leadership responsibilities in clinical research and operations. The role supports scaling efforts and cross-functional alignment across product, technology, medical, and site operations.
