The Chief of Staff to the Founder acts as the founder’s execution proxy, owning external-facing operations and founder-priority initiatives to protect founder focus on engineering and mission-critical work. This high-agency role manages investor and partner relationships, controlled information sharing (NDAs and document access), and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires discretion, independent judgment, and measurable loop-closure to drive time-critical outcomes.
