About this role

The Chief of Staff to the CEO at Medical Home Network is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role that supports the CEO and executive team in managing operations and advancing key organizational priorities. This position works closely with senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and external executive stakeholders to drive alignment and advance MHN’s mission in value-based care. The role oversees critical initiatives, manages executive operating rhythms, and ensures effective communication and coordination across the organization. It requires frequent collaboration with leaders at all levels and some travel to the Chicago office.
