The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a senior, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and acting as a force multiplier to help run the business with rigor, clarity, and operational excellence. This role combines running the CEO office and executive operating cadence with leading a CEO-sponsored cross-functional transformation initiative. It is designed as a time-limited (18–24 month) leadership accelerator to prepare high-potential leaders for larger functional or general management roles.
